After
doing so well yesterday, I gave in last night.
I not only ate a hotdog (bread & all)... I ate it LATE at night
(9:30ish) – double whammy.
However,
I did not gain. I didn’t lose – but I
didn’t gain. Also, with it being the
week of my TOM that is actually a big blessing (and surprise).
So far
today I have done good. I am going to
visit my Grandpa in the hospital tonight, so I’m not sure how supper will go, I
may need to grab something. If that is
what happens, I will get a salad. I’ve
got a plan. Plans are amazing. Now if
only I stuck to them!
